How does this work?
In the group, there's room for whatever comes with pregnancy: excitement, gratitude, uncertainty, fear, feeling overwhelmed, exhaustion, confidence, happiness, fulfillment. A lot of the other women will probably experience similar things, but no one will experience it exactly like you. That's why this setup offers attention and therapeutic support for individual concerns, along with a supportive group environment.
By consciously dealing with your own questions, worries, and resources, each participant can find her own way to self-support. If you want to take the time to really connect with your pregnancy and new baby, this course provides a space for that. The exercises are meant to help you experience this special time more mindfully and also give you tools to approach pregnancy and birth with more relaxation, trust, and strength.
I use methods from Gestalt therapy, meditation and mindfulness practices, bioenergetics, and breathing exercises. The focus is on personal experiences and practice. Unlike traditional childbirth preparation classes, we focus on the mental-emotional aspects and physical effects, as well as individual concerns and processes. This course is for both first-time moms and those who have been through childbirth before.
"Belly Feeling+": If you have specific personal topics related to pregnancy, birth, and family that are on your mind, the seminar package includes three private sessions at a reduced rate.
