Coaching
From experience, I've learned that when we fully embrace what's happening, dead ends can open up, confusion can turn into creativity and strength, and painful things can heal.
I really enjoy helping people through this process with solid advice, empathy, and a good sense of humor.

I live with my family on the outskirts of the Bergisches Land, enjoying both the closeness to nature and to my favorite city, Cologne. Before settling here, I traveled a lot: I lived in different countries and cities, worked in international and German organizations and a startup in Cologne, learned Gestalt therapy, and gradually became self-employed.
There are always more possibilities than those we see.
That was one of my key insights at the beginning of my Gestalt therapy self-exploration. It helped me pursue what truly suits me professionally and personally, bringing joy and fulfillment. Perhaps that's why I enjoy guiding people through their personal processes of change so much.
