"Connected": Online Gestalt Group

Explore yourself in a group setting, online, with therapeutic support. It's an engaging and empathetic way to honestly and constructively work on yourself.

What's it about?

In our online gestalt group, we offer support to folks who want to work on their personal growth, build up their resources, boost their self-efficacy and liveliness, and explore and experience their connections with themselves and others. With guidance from experienced therapists, you'll get to know your personal behavior patterns and receive tips for making changes.

How does that work?

In the Gestalt group, both one-on-one therapy and group dynamics come into play. It's a safe space where you don't just talk, but you get to try things out, focus on your issues with kindness and care, and grow together.

The group gives you the chance to support and appreciate each other, but also to engage in constructive, critical discussions. The basis for being together is treating each other with mindfulness, respect, and appreciation, all within the safe framework of Gestalt therapy guidance.

The group aims for a certain level of trust-building consistency. So after a trial session to get to know each other, participants sign up for at least a three-hour package. The online format via video conferencing has proven to work well for this.
